High customer satisfaction

At the end of 2024, Convitus conducted a broad-based customer survey by Giudici Consulting from Basel. The various stakeholders attested to a pleasingly high level of customer satisfaction. 

 

 On a scale of 1 (very dissatisfied) to 6 (very satisfied), overall satisfaction was 5.52. In the last survey in autumn 2022, overall satisfaction was 5.35. 
 This result confirms the quality of our services and gives us additional motivation to become even better for our customers.
